We select the manufacturer because of their quality products and excellent customer service. It is our experience that smaller, "lesser known" manufacturers often make some of the best mattresses around. Plus, when you call the company for support you get an actual human answering the phone, not an automated message.
Never buy a mattress just because you recognize the name. Buy it because it feels great and its high-quality construction. If these manufacturers did not meet our exacting standards they would not be allowed to take up precious space on our boutique showroom floor. You can rest easy knowing we did all the research for you, cutting though all the fake mattress review sites to find the real reviews. In many cases, we have traveled to North Carolina, Tennessee, or Arizona so we could see the factories ourselves to ensure the production process would meet our exacting standards and our customer's high expectations. We also match (and often beat) prices listed on manufacturer's websites! Plus, we actually sleep on the mattresses and pillows we sell -- it would be hypocritical not to!
